When you contact Yellow Jackets Electronics Restoration regarding a new claim, our Claims Coordinator will discuss the assignment with you, arrange a site/scope evaluation, and initiate with your insureds and other contractors representing the restoration team.

Throughout the claim process, you will be updated on scheduling, items in processing, non-salvage, repairs and replacement requirements and direct communication of concerns that arise and may be anticipated by the insureds.

Yellow Jackets only accepts and proceeds with assignments after you-the adjuster-has approved our scope and estimate.
